Sales totaled 2,452 in June 2020, a 17.1% increase from the 2,094 sales recorded in June 2019, and a 63.57% increase from the 1,499 homes sold in May 2020.
The HPI composite benchmark price for all types of properties is currently $1,025,300. This represents a 3.5% increase from June 2019 and a slight 0.30% decrease from May 2020.
